TGLC inc. introduces its new version of press color control software: PrefX Press control™, compatible with Windows™ environment. New interface allowing the use of DTP22
and 528 from X-Rite, as reading instruments for the color
quality control. Densities and spectral data from colors are
than used and stored in the software.

PerfX Press control™ allows to read, record and compare densities and colors on press. These readings allow to establish numerical color standard, that can be compared
to printed colors. For any printed jobs and also produced in color management.

PerfX Press control™ analyze the difference between
the numerical standards and the reproduced printed colors indicating via red or green color box, corrections to be done
are indicated so that the printed work is reproduced
accordingly to the defined tolerances. When the control are
all green, the work is being printed according to the specifications asked by the client.

Control elements available in PerfX Press control™ are:

• Process Color Densities (CMYK or CMYKOG)
• Color Densities in overprint (RGB)
• Solid Color Densities up to 6)
• Paper Density * Gray Scales Density
